A true hidden gem that welcomes you with open arms and the spirit of atithi devo bhava — the guest is family. From the moment we stepped in, we weren’t customers, we were mehmaan being fed with love. You can tell this is a kitchen run by people who live to feed others, the way a mother insists on one more bite before you leave the table. We began with a mango lassi — thick, cool, and just sweet enough, the kind that tastes like summer afternoons back home. The lamb biryani arrived fragrant and generous, each spoonful layered with spice, saffron, and meat so tender it fell apart. The goat curry was the star: rich, slow-cooked, and full of that deep, soulful masala flavor you only get when someone is cooking from the heart, not the clock. We gobbled up fresh tandoori roti straight off the tandoor and scooped up every last drop — no gravy left behind, as it should be. 5-Star Review for Signature Spice Indian Cuisine I’ve been to Signature Spice a couple of times now, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite Indian spots in the area. This visit I tried the chicken tikka, and it was excellent—perfectly marinated, flavorful, and cooked just right. The staff is genuinely super nice and accommodating. They’re happy to make things to order and are really good about adjusting spice levels to whatever you’re comfortable with, which makes it great whether you’re a heat-seeker or prefer milder flavors. It’s unfortunately never that busy when I’ve been there, which is a shame because this place is a true hidden gem. The food is consistently solid, the service is warm, and you feel like they actually care. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon, and I hope more people discover it! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Signature Spice Indian Cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish we tried was fresh and very satisfying. The ambience was excellent, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. What made the experience even better was the very reasonable pricing, especially considering the quality of the food and the pleasant environment. Overall, a fantastic restaurant that offers great food, great ambience, and great value. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and tasty Indian food.

Outstanding. There was previously a Chinese restaurant in this space that closed and well, me and the wife were pretty bummed. Then we tried Signature Spice tonight aaand it was totally worth the other restaurant closing. Great atmosphere, great service, and the best part, absolutely DELICIOUS food. Every single thing we ate was a 10/10. The samosas in particular are by a mile the best samosas I've ever eaten. All of the 5 star reviews on Google so far are no joke, seriously give this restaurant a try. My one and only critique is I wish they had diet sodas, but that's really a nitpick. Not the end of the world. We will be back
